4 Lakes Driving School offers behind the wheel lessons 7 days a week for your driving convenience. We start our day at 7:00am and drive until 9:00pm. Our School is staffed with 7 new training cars
and many driving instructors to meet your needs.
No Show Policy
A No Show is failing to appear for a scheduled driving lesson or failing to cancel a lesson 24 hours in advance.
The cost of one Behind the Wheel lesson will be charged to you for each No Show.
Everyone should be familiar with our No Show policy. It is stated on the Agreement which both parent and teen
signed and in the Rules & Regulations, both given on the first day of class. Nevertheless, there is still confusion,
so we are putting the following points in writing.
The official office hours are 9:00am-6:00pm Monday through Thursday and 9:00am-5:00pm Friday.
The office is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
Students canceling a Behind the Wheel driving lesson need to cancel the appointment 24 hours in advance.
What does this mean for you?
For lessons scheduled for a Saturday, Sunday or Monday,
students need to call the office by Friday at 3:00pm.
For lessons scheduled for a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday,
students need to call the office during office hours the day before the lesson's scheduled time.
If there is any doubt about making it to a lesson, please cancel and reschedule for
a later day and time.
Scheduling
Behind the Wheel driving lessons can be scheduled in the office, over the phone or in the training car.
Students scheduling lessons in the office will receive a copy of the lesson. Please double check
the date and time for accuracy.
If you are calling from home, write down the date and time of the lesson and repeat it back to us.
Please double check the date and time for accuracy.
If you are rescheduling in the training car, be sure to bring your appointment book to each lesson,
so your instructor can record the payment. Do not leave your appointment book in the car.
Please know your personal schedule when scheduling so the driving lesson does not have to be canceled.
No one likes to pay for No Shows. We do not like them either. They disrupt our schedules,
and the student who was to observe has to make up the observation at another time. No Shows should
be paid within 48 hours or at the next lesson, whichever comes first. Completions will not be given out with
outstanding No Show payments.
Following the above policy should eliminate No Shows. Please call the office if you have any
